Introduction

Having our customer's needs in mind -after all the client determines the quality of the service provided- the Quality Management Department at Balagué Center S.A. has implemented a "system" whose goal is to help prevent any errors from occurring. This system puts in place all the necessary mechanisms in order to detect, assess and correct those errors.

This system also includes the pre analytical, analytical and post analytical stages.

Balagué Center S.A. currently holds the AENOR Quality System Certificate complying with UNE-EN-ISO 9002.
