Every employee that forms part of the Balagué Center's team has a college degree specifically related to the tasks they perform. In addition, every employee has been thoroughly trained and informed about the implementation of our Quality System.
Our Human Resources Department organizes continuous "on-the-job training" programs, both at an internal level (for example, organization of seminars) and at an external level (attendance to conferences, courses and congresses).
